Julia & Adam, Manchester Hall

A huge congratulations to Julia & Adam who just got married at Manchester Hall! What a fun, crazy wedding it was too - the day was filled with love, laughter a few occasional tears but then followed up by lots of hugs! We started off with meeting the guys on Bridge street for some classic shots of them walking in and crossing the road ‘Abbey Road style’. Then bridal prep took place in the lounge but since the Museum wasn’t being used, we took full advantage of the beautiful tall windows and gorgeous natural light flooding into the room, creating the perfect setting for Julia to finish getting dressed and add any final touches to hair and makeup.

The wedding ceremony took place in the contrasting Gallery which is on the first floor - convenient for us that it also has a balcony which might be tight squeeze but perfect for capturing all the guests in one photo!

We then head upstairs for the drinks reception that takes place on the top floor and roof terrace. My favourite part of the hall as it offers amazing views over Manchester! We capture the many reactions to the sweetest of stories during the speeches and then setup the studio booth for lots of cute and silly photos in equal measures.

The first dance was between Julia and her dad which was adorable and felt extra special when he spins her around. You can really tell how proud and happy he is as he passes her hand over to Adam.

Thank you for inviting us to cover your wedding - we felt very privileged to share the day with your loving friends and family and loved capturing all the laughter and silliness!

Wishing you both the very best for the future, Ed & Louise
